Membership Policy

ATA membership is open to any person who is interested in the occupation of Activity
Therapy.  Current dues are $40.00 per year for an individual membership*.  The
membership dues, when joining after the 1st of March (through June 30th), are $30.00.

Facility membership is also available for a fee of $60.00 per year*.  This membership
entitles ONE representative from the member facility to attend each ATA
meeting/education session.  Any additional attendees from the same facility shall be
charged the nominal $5.00 guest fee.  The designated attendee from the facility
membership is eligible to receive the Certificate of Attendance awarded for each
individual meeting/education session.  A single subscription to the ATA Life newsletter
accompanies the facility membership and is mailed to the contact person listed on the
facility’s membership application. The membership dues, when joining after the 1st of
March (through June 30th), are $45.00.

ATA invites guests to attend the education sessions and charges a $5.00 guest fee for
persons of facilities represented in ATA.  A $25.00 guest fee is charged for attendees
whose facility is not represented by an individual or facility membership in ATA.  A
Certificate of Attendance is available to guests for individual education sessions.  The
representatives of the facility memberships may also request this single Certificate of
Attendance at the close of an individual education session.

*Discount is offered to those who choose to go on line for the ATA Life
